Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. That said, I'm a real human and I want you to be happy.

When we'll refund

• The file is broken, corrupted, or doesn't match the description
• You were charged twice for the same order
• You never received the email with the download link (and it's not in spam)

When we usually can't

• You changed your mind after downloading
• You bought the wrong product
• You can't open the file because of an unsupported device

How to ask

Reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days of purchase, describing the issue. We'll get back to you within a few days.
